We've lived the hockey journey as players, recruits, and staff. Now, we use that experience to help athletes navigate their path, make the right decisions, and pursue the opportunities that fit their goals.
Cross Border Hockey was built on a simple belief: every player deserves the right guidance and opportunity to reach their potential.
Founded by former collegiate hockey players and based in Ontario and Nebraska, we use our experience in recruiting and player development to help athletes navigate their hockey journey with confidence, on and off the ice.
We believe every player's path is different. We take the time to understand each athlete's goals, strengths, and opportunities, then build a personalized plan to help them reach the next level.
We are Honest and Transparent — in every conversation, not just the first one.
