- Consultation booking requests — the service requested, your preferred date and time, and the same contact details above.
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this Site. The League Map feature loads map tile imagery from OpenStreetMap to display rink locations; no personal information is sent as part of that request.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver consultations, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Form submissions are stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider that processes data on our behalf and is bound to keep it confidential. Because Cross Border Hockey operates across both Canada and the United States, your information may be processed or stored on servers located in the United States.
Data Retention
We retain contact and booking submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing team@crossborderhockey.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
Our services are often used by families on behalf of a minor student-athlete. Where a form is being submitted about or by a player under 18, we expect it to be submitted by, or with the involvement of, a parent or legal guardian.
